Our Values
Faith
We are a Christ-centered ministry, rooted in God’s word and His love. We believe He is the source of true transformation in the lives of individuals, families, and communities.
Integrity
We act with honesty, transparency and accountability in all we do. We steward every resource with care and remain committed to earning and maintaining the trust of those we serve and partner with.
Generosity
We share freely and joyfully, giving our time, resources and compassion. We believe generosity has the power to uplift lives, strengthen communities, and inspire others to do the same.
Sustainability
We pursue lasting, generational change by addressing root causes, not just immediate needs, and by fueling community-driven change.
Collaboration
We believe in mutuality and take a grassroots approach to community development by working hand in hand with community members, churches and local organizations.

What started as a semester abroad trip to South Africa in 2011 blossomed into a lifelong love of international service. After months of working with children in one of the roughest townships in Cape Town, a seed was planted in my heart to one day be able to do more to make a lasting impact in under-resourced communities trapped in cycles of poverty. This desire brought me through years of outreach and service work both domestically (in the US) and abroad before culminating in a move to Uganda in January 2025. While working in Uganda as a teacher and counselor, I saw many families struggling to put food on the table and unable to afford school fees for their children. And it was then that the seed planted so many years ago was birthed into Harv3st International. And I believe that through Harv3st, we can truly make a lasting change.
